395 Collins Street – Multi-Floor Workplace Transformation

3-point has worked with international IT company Zendesk since 2016. Initially appointed to review an existing delivery, 3-point has received several repeat commissions across multiple floors of the heritage building as growth of the Zendesk business required. Our projects included the design and delivery of multiple work fronts across six floors at 395 Collins Street, creating a dynamic and productive workplace within a building governed by restrictive heritage overlays.

The works involved new fit outs on Levels 6 and 7, along with the reconfiguration of existing floor plates on Levels 3, 4, and 5 to meet the evolving workplace requirements following COVID. The project successfully balanced modern workplace needs with heritage sensitivities, delivering flexible and inspiring spaces while navigating complex constraints.
