LCI Sydney Office fitout
Our team were engaged to manage the design and construction delivery of LCI’s new workplace on Level 8 at 73 Miller Street, North Sydney. The project involved a full floor of commercial workplace fitout , supported by a range of collaborative and amenity spaces including a boardroom, multiple meeting rooms, video conferencing rooms, breakout areas, dining and lounge spaces, wellness room, entry lounge, offices, IT build, comms, storage and back of house facilities, and a sub-tenancy space including similar facilities.
Our team worked collaboratively with the client and consultant team; overseeing the project from lease negotiation through to construction completion. The resulting workplace delivers a contemporary, functional environment that supports both focused work and collaboration, while maintaining clear circulation and thoughtfully zoned offices and amenity areas. 3-point’s scope was end to end project management and superintendent role across design finalisation, consultant coordination, procurement, and construction delivery, with a strong focus on meeting critical timeframes, quality and stakeholder alignment throughout the project program.
