Engaged through a single-select process, 3-point was appointed to project manage the delivery of new Third Space, Spec Suites, Wellness Centre, and Ground Floor Café at 171 Collins Street, Melbourne. The project involved high-end finishes and innovative design solutions to create a premium workplace and amenity offering within an occupied building. Delivery required careful coordination with joint venture partners, building management, and the leasing team to ensure that works were completed on time and within budget while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.
