3-point was appointed to project manage the delivery of a warm shell make good on Level 3 of 15 William Street. The scope included bringing the tenancy back to a high-quality market-ready standard while also refurbishing lift lobbies and amenities to meet updated base build requirements. Careful planning and coordination were essential to ensure works were completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to building occupants.

The on-floor works focused on creating a contemporary and flexible environment ready for market release. The design incorporated exposed ceilings, polished concrete flooring, and linear light fittings to achieve a clean and modern aesthetic. These upgrades not only enhanced the visual appeal but also aligned with current workplace trends, providing incoming tenants with a sophisticated and functional base for future fitouts.
