C Bus Property and Charter Hall (Joint Venture) engaged 3-point to program and project manage the rollout of several speculative suite offerings within the Tower building of the asset. The scope included one offering spanning an entire floor plate, as well as two additional suites created through the subdivision of an existing tenancy.
A critical aspect of the project was the careful coordination and management of the Tower’s Under Floor Distribution (UFD) system for mechanical services, which played a central role in accommodating the varied suite configurations. This required diligent oversight to ensure service continuity, compliance, and seamless integration with the new tenancy layouts, contributing to the successful delivery of the project outcomes.
