3-point was engaged by Storage King Group to manage the rectification of multiple compliance issues. The scope included egress path upgrades, exit door replacements, and the upgrade of 630 sprinkler heads across the three-storey self-storage facility. Due to the lack of existing and current documentation, as well as an occupancy rates of over 92%, the project required detailed planning and meticulous execution.
