3-point was selected to manage this project from partial design through to construction of a new Barrel Store and hardstand at the existing Capella Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula. The new build was carefully integrated with the existing winemaking facility, incorporating specialist refrigeration systems, cool stores, and tanking infrastructure. 3-point successfully managed the local delivery on behalf of the interstate client, ensuring the project met all program requirements and was completed efficiently to support the ongoing operations of the vineyard.
