3-point assisted Abacus Storage Fund Management with the rectification of existing non-compliance issues. The scope involved upgrading required exits across eight self-managed stores in Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria. The project’s objective was to investigate, develop and deploy the most effective and efficient solution to ensure that the required exits met the current compliance and statutory standards. The end result saw the project remove more than 120 manual roller shutters, replacing each with compliant swing doors and implementing best-practice safety solution.
