Overnewton Anglican College

3-point was appointed to translate the school committee’s strategy into a Master Plan including delivery methodology, budget, and program. 3-point members then provided project management services to a major civil project including new entry, driveway, bus zones and carparking as well as landscaping and management of indigenous protected trees and culturally significant zones. Following this, 3-point members were appointed to deliver new Sports and Arts Centre and upgrade of junior School facilities. All works required careful integration with a working school’s program, daily peak access periods and quiet working times.
