3-point led the development and publication of Strategic Project Plan presented to the Secratary for the upgrade of all catering and front of house areas at the iconic Australian Parliament House. After 35 years of providing premium catering and service, the facilities required a comprehensive upgrade to modernise operations and meet current HACCP compliance standards. 3-point presented the Strategy to the Secretary for review and endorsement.

Subsequent to acceptance, 3-point managed the establishment of the program, cost framework and procurement strategy. Once agreed, 3-point was invited to project manage the design, procurement and delivery of the works. Staged around parliament sitting periods and scheduled to ensure continued food and beverage services for members, the public and events across and a multi-year timeline, the project successfully completed in 2019. This initiative modernised a nationally significant facility while maintaining uninterrupted service delivery.
