Acting on behalf of the asset owner and manager, members of our team led the delivery of critical infrastructure upgrades at 6 Chan Street to support the lease renewal of a key federal government tenant. The project included enhancements to centralised building systems—such as mechanical and electrical plant—to improve operational performance and elevate the building’s NABERS Energy rating to 5.5 stars.
In parallel, the refurbishment of workplace areas throughout the building created a fresh, modern, and highly flexible environment tailored to contemporary government workplace needs. High-security requirements were a core focus, with SCEC-compliant upgrades implemented across both internal workspaces and façade elements to support a secure operational setting.
