Integrated Fit Out – NAB

405 Bourke Street sets a new benchmark for workplace design in Melbourne’s CBD and now serves as the National Australia Bank’s headquarters. Completed in 2021, the 43-storey, 66,000m² A-Grade commercial tower features expansive open-plan floor plates, premium services, and leading sustainability credentials, including a 6 Star Green Star rating and a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating. 3-point played a key role in the project, providing project management services both within the client’s development and delivery team, and as an independent project management advisor with a primary focus on the design and delivery of workplace components. The building’s design includes a series of collaborative “third spaces,” a striking façade known as “the lantern,” and premium end-of-trip facilities to support active commuting. At ground level, Makers Lane connects Bourke and Little Collins Streets, creating a vibrant retail and hospitality precinct that enhances the building’s integration into the city fabric.

In addition to our project management services, our Director was appointed as NAB’s AFL Tenant Representative to oversee all aspects of the Developer/Builder relationship and AFL management.
