3-point continues to provide project management services to Mirvac and ISPT for their landmark Sydney CBD asset at 275 Kent Street. Acting as Project Manager, Superintendent, and Lessor’s representative, our team has successfully delivered a series of complex initiatives within a live operating environment. These include a premium end-of-trip facility, the intricate infrastructure separation of a major big four bank tenant across the skyrise levels, and the make good of over 16,000m² of commercial office space.
We’ve also overseen the creation of a new lobby third space, a comprehensive refurbishment of the main lobby, and the bespoke upgrade of the building’s iconic crown lighting feature, an operational barometer visible across the city skyline. We are currently overseeing the construction of a new Wellness facility designed to offer building occupants a space for reflection, relaxation, and wellbeing. In parallel, 3-point continues to support Mirvac in the strategic planning and future visioning of this premium-grade commercial asset.
