ANZ’s flagship branch at 20 Martin Place redefined retail banking and workplace design in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Spanning three levels within a fully refurbished 20-storey commercial tower, the space integrates advanced digital technologies with a welcoming, customer-centric environment. Purpose-built zones support banking transactions, sales consultations, seminars, and events, while standout features such as a three-storey digital garden, 24-hour banking terminals, and a digital art gallery create a dynamic, multi-sensory experience.

Premium finishes including European oak flooring and holographic glass branding to add sophistication and warmth to the space. 3-point played a key role in the design and delivery of this landmark project, contributing as part of the client’s property team and leading project management on behalf of the D&C contractor, Lendlease.
