In response to leasing movements and the current state of various tenancies across the 171 Collins Street asset, CBus Property and Charter Hall (Joint Venture) engaged 3-point to plan and manage the various levels of refurbishment. The scope included demolition, refurbishment and speculative suite offerings across multiple floors in a working building with significant tenants requiring quiet enjoyment. The Mayfair offering was delivered within a small footprint but made a big impact to the heritage fronted section of the building.
