15 William Street Level 2 & 13

This project involved the end-to-end design and construction management of speculative suites across Level 2 and Level 13, totaling approximately 4,000sqm. The works were carefully staged to ensure efficiency, flexibility, and strong appeal to future tenants.

Additionally, the scope included a full refurbishment of Level 2’s lobby and amenities, enhancing the overall arrival experience. The outdoor balcony was transformed into a vibrant breakout space, incorporating a custom-made mini golf course and curated outdoor furniture to support wellbeing and informal engagement.
