We’re excited to welcome Sepid to the 3-point team. With over 11 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Sepid is a highly skilled project lead with strong expertise in project management, coordination, and design. She has successfully managed projects from planning through to completion, with proven capability across all aspects of project delivery—including scope, scheduling, risk management, and resource planning.

Sepid is confident in working on multiple projects simultaneously and is adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Her passion for teamwork, problem-solving, and creating positive industry outcomes has been central to her success. Having recently completed additional project management studies, Sepid is now leveraging her considerable experience and leadership skills to further excel in her role.
