Our Melbourne and Sydney teams came together recently for the 3-point National Conference, and true to form, the Melbourne crew brought the weather along for the trip!

Over two great days, we immersed ourselves in conference sessions, heard an inspiring keynote from Gary Bertwistle, and walked away with plenty of fresh insights and motivation.

Day one wrapped up with a team dinner full of conversation, laughter, and connection. Then, rain, hail, or shine, we kicked off the next morning with the Burrawa Bridge Climb, an unforgettable experience and a perfect way to bring both teams even closer together.

It was a fantastic couple of days celebrating collaboration, culture, and the strength of our 3-point community. We’re ready to carry that energy forward into the rest of 2026!
